Manager Training

In order for managers to perform at the highest levels, they need continuous training and development that delivers content that can be immediately applied in the day-to-day work. The Peak Management Program is a five-part learning journey rooted in the fundamentals of managing high-performing teams. In completing this journey, managers will grow the following core competencies resulting in Managers with with an increase ability to:
