In order for managers to perform at the highest levels, managers need continuous training and development that delivers content that can be immediately applied in the day-to-day work. The Peak Management Program is a five-part learning journey rooted in the fundamentals of managing high-performing teams. In completing this journey, managers will grow the following core competencies:

Program Details:
5 Weekly, 120-minute virtual program sessions with a peer cohort.
Each week builds upon the next with application check points throughout.
Attendees qualify for consulting or coaching at the PEAK Leader rate of $300 per hour during program dates ($200 savings).
Investment: $4,900.
