  • Chad Truby

    Speaker, Facilitator, Thought Leader, High Performance Coach

    Chad holds a strong belief that there is untapped potential in all of us. He is inspired and motivated to work side by side with individuals and teams to help them be the best version of themselves. As a people-first leader, he brings a unique balance of experience in both commercial business and corporate functions that spark an environment where individuals and teams can show up and push to their full potential.

    Chad feels very fortunate to have a career rich in diverse experiences in both global and domestic roles. Currently, Chad serves as the Vice President of Global Commercial Excellence for Merit Medical Systems where he helps leaders foster a positive culture that focuses on developing talent and driving results. Additionally, his professional highlights and experience include serving as the Global Head of Leadership Development for Galderma where he designed and implemented content and curriculum aimed to build a learning culture for Galderma. During his tenure with Galderma, Chad also served as the lead Coach for the North American Executive team. As a coach, Chad's ability to assess, design, and implement unique coaching methods enables leaders to quickly identify areas of opportunity that have a direct and positive impact on organizational culture and overall performance.

  • Jamie York

    People First Leader, Speaker, High Performance Coach

    Jamie believes in each person, team and organization’s ability to grow beyond their current perceived limitations. She holds over 22 years of experience as a people first leader both in end of life care and aesthetic medicine. Jamie’s professional highlights include serving as the President of one of the Nation’s top medical spa chains, Elase, where she focused on creating and scaling a high performance culture rooted in the wellbeing and development of people. During her time of service Elase was recognized as Utah’s Best of State 9 years and Top Workplaces. Jamie was recognized for her people-centric approach in 2022 when she was listed among the Top 20 Business Leaders of Utah.

    In compliment to her work with Peak Gravity, Jamie serves on faculty for Galderma GAIN Business, where she empowers leaders with the knowledge and acumen to grow values-centric organizations in the aesthetic medicine space. Jamie is passionate about helping leaders, teams and organizations not just grow, but sustainably flourish.

  • Logan Tyler

    Visionary, Founder, and Owner of Basecamp Ouray

    Born and raised in the mountains of Ouray, CO, Logan began climbing at age 7 and has not stopped. Logan has always found himself working at heights from climbing cell towers across the Midwest to managing the world famous Ouray Ice Park. He has developed numerous rock climbing and dry tooling routes in the Ouray area and is an avid sport climber and drytooler (even competing in the Ouray Ice Festival!). As the founder of Basecamp Ouray Logan was inspired by the small bouldering halls of West Germany and the community atmosphere it provides. Logan loves to share his passion for climbing through both guiding and teaching the future generations of crushers. After spending 30 years growing up in Ouray and the San Juans, Logan truly is the local expert for climbing.
